2. Our team will read through each one and approve it as an application to receive the Check and Send service. Please note, the entry must be at a stage when you are almost ready to submit, close to wordcount and formatted in a word document. Please do not send any images or other files at this stage.

3. When approved, a payment link will be issued by email. This will last 24hrs. As soon as payment has been received the service will begin.

4. Nominations will be emailed back with comments, suggestions and recommendations within 48 hours / 2 working days.

5. You may send it back for further reviews at no additional charge.

6. If we think your entry requires more work than the standard Check and Send, we will contact you directly and offer you our enhanced re-write service. This is priced from £375 per entry.

7. A separate payment link will be provided at that point. When it is paid, the rewrite service can begin
